The World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP) is the leading global network for public-private partnership practitioners. Headquartered in Geneva and registered as an NGO in Switzerland, WAPPP brings together PPP Units, infrastructure agencies, long-term investors, and advisors to exchange knowledge, tackle shared challenges, and drive innovation. Its mission is to build professional capacity, foster open collaboration, and promote sustainable, inclusive partnerships that create lasting value for future generations.

Today, WAPPP connects more than 60 PPP Units across over 50 countries, with a community of 400+ active members spanning corporations, NGOs, and individual professionals. Its global presence extends across eight regional chapters including Mena, Europe, Central Asia, South East Asia, North and South America and Africa regions and a growing number of thematic and sectorial chapters, such as the Legal, Finance, Airport, Port, Health, Social Housing, and Water chapters, that provide specialized expertise.

During the last year, WAPPP achieved major milestones, publishing the first global Small-Scale PPP Guidelines, launching a Technical Assistance Facility to mobilize finance, and convening more than 50 high-level events.
